Drilling fluids are critical to maintaining well control and wellbore stability throughout the drilling operation. In addition, they suspend cuttings while not circulating and transport them to surface while circulating to optimize drilling operations. They also clean, cool and lubricate the bit. Drilling fluids also isolate the surrounding formations by developing a tight filtercake across permeable sections. Drilling fluids may be water base or non-aqueous based. Cement is used to fill the space between casing and the wellbore where it provides structural support; functions as a barrier that helps prevent steel corrosion; and blocks oil, gas, or water from traveling through the annulus. Offshore Engineering Survey / 海洋工程勘测
COSL has been involved in offshore survey and geotechnical investigation industry since 1976, and has accumulated rick experience in providing comprehensive geoscience solutions for our clients. By the end of 2016, more than 240 offshore oil & gas field development survey projects and more than 1700 well site survey projects have been performed successfully. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) technology transforms methane gas into liquid form by cooling it to 162 degrees below zero, allowing the methane to be transported 600 times less in volume than it originally had.
